It is understood that Ningbo Chunxiao Factory was founded in 2011 and covers an area of about 1000 mu. It was officially put into production in 2014. It is the birthplace of Geely's 3.0 generation of meritorious models such as Borui and Boyue. With Geely fully entering the 4.0 era of architecture and car building, Chunxiao Factory has also ushered in a new upgrade. Geely Chunxiao Factory invested more than 100 million yuan to carry out comprehensive innovation, covering all aspects of intelligent manufacturing, sustainable development and handicraft control, and successfully completed the new transformation from "3.0 Modern Chemical Factory" to "4.0 Global Benchmark Intelligent Factory".

At the same time, Ningbo Chunxiao CMA Super Intelligent Factory has flexible production process, which can realize the mixed production of fuel, hybrid and electric vehicles. Among them, the total assembly of welded body adopts the Swedish GateFramer body assembly positioning system. Up to six different models are produced on the same production line. The model switching takes only 18 seconds, and the process production efficiency is increased by 25%; In welding, the Austrian FRONIUS CMT cold metal transfer welding technology is adopted, which has the obvious advantages of small heat input, uniform weld seam and high welding speed; The stamping process adopts new sharp edge technology, which makes the waist line of the whole vehicle more sharp and dynamic. The factory can not only realize the environmental protection production processes of the whole vehicle, such as the waste water discharge of the topcoat spraying, the second energy saving and temperature control, and the environmental protection water-based paint process, but also achieve the recycling rate of the coating heat energy of 95% in terms of environmental friendliness, which greatly reduces the exhaust gas emissions. By 2023, this CMA super smart factory will also complete the layout of photovoltaic power generation, further realize the self-sufficiency of production electricity and practice low-carbon production.

Looking back on the appearance, the new car has completed the initial launch and the application of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Geely Boyue L adopts the most young and technologically sensitive car model in the current Geely family.
